Return and Refund Policy

At Step Therapy, we want you to enjoy your Guided At-Home Reflexology System. If it is not right for you, this policy explains how to return it.

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can ask for a refund up to 90 days after you receive your order.

To use the guarantee:

  1. Email us at steptherapyshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions.
  3. Send back the complete kit: the reflexology socks and both massage tools. Socks you have tried are accepted, as long as they are clean and in good condition.
  4. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the price you paid for the product.

Under this guarantee, the original shipping cost is not refunded, and you pay the cost of sending the return. The digital Step-by-Step Guide is included with the kit and is not refunded separately.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • To cancel, send us a clear statement by email at steptherapyshop@gmail.com within those 14 days.
  • You must send the products back within 14 days of telling us.
  • We refund the product price and the standard shipping cost you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of the standard option.
  • You pay the cost of sending the products back.
  • You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the products more than needed to check them.

For hygiene reasons, socks that were sealed and have been opened may be excluded from this 14-day legal right. They are still covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at steptherapyshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, if you can, a photo of the problem. This helps us solve it faster.

We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You do not pay any cost to fix a faulty or wrong item. This does not limit your legal rights. In the EU, products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery.

4. Return Address
Please do not send anything back before you contact us. Returns sent without instructions may be delayed.

We recommend a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost on the way to us.

5. Refunds
We send refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
