These Terms of Service apply to your use of steptherapy.store and to every purchase you make from Step Therapy ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products
The Step Therapy Guided At-Home Reflexology System includes reflexology map socks, two massage tools and a digital Step-by-Step Guide. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens can show them slightly differently.

3. Wellness Notice
Our products are made for relaxation and personal self-care. They are not medical devices. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace advice from a doctor or other health professional.

The body areas printed on the socks follow traditional reflexology maps. They are a guide for massage, not a medical claim.

Please use gentle pressure that feels comfortable to you. Stop if you feel pain. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, a foot injury, a skin condition on your feet, or any other medical condition.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on the site at the time of your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

7. Digital Guide
The Step-by-Step Guide is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, designs, logos and the guide, belongs to Step Therapy or is used with permission. You may not use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for harm caused by using the products in a way that goes against these terms or the instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
